In Omaha fish fries are an institution during the Lenten Season. None more so than the fish fry held by Holy Name. I personally love fish fries and think they are wonderful fun. Everyone stands in line for hours drinking from coolers waiting to get inside to be served beer and fish by the church. At what point is the church condoning drinking and even driving. Especially during the height of Lenten season which is supposed to be about sacrifice and not indulgence.
